Amazing views, turtle watching during breakfast, and breakfast was amazing

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The location is beautiful but the property is quite old

There was metal in one of the meals. I ate and nearly swallowed a piece of sharp lead/steel that could’ve cut my internal organs.The bathroom smelt like toilet and every time you open the door to the villa, it had a smell of bathroom stale water and toilet water. It got so bad that the plumber had to come and replace the bathroom sink .

On the pricey side, but it was HEAVENLY. We took the villa madudu with ocean view and it was the most romantic place we have ever been. - A private pool with clean water.- An exclusive view of the blue lagoon.- Sleeping to the sounds of crashing waves.- Amazing restaurant with good food and spectacular view. (If you pay attention you can spot many sea turtles)- Clean and spacious bathroom.Room service is 24 hours and are very fast and polite.

The only downside is that its impossible to find food after maybe 9PM. The hotel restaurant closes as well as most of the restaurants on Ceningan island, also the road next to the hotel is very dark. my advice would be to buy some snacks from the nearby mart if you get hungry in the evening like I do. And to be honest they stated this when checking us in.

Amazing property with comfortable villas and excellent restaurant, pools and overall vibe. Relaxed staff, great service and a quiet location. Best food we had while in Indonesia and good other options nearby. The lagoon is spectacular - dining while watching turtles and dolphins...

The location, privacy and out of all, the sound of waves crushing the stones in the blue Lagoon

Transportation to Cinningan Island is not that easy as there is no car or ferry that directly goes to the island

The location of the property is fantastic, we had a cliff top ocean view villa with amazing views of the ocean. The staff are extremely friendly and a great support for local knowledge.

Unfortunately the servicing of our room dropped away a little during ceremony time when a lot of the regular staff weren’t there…. not a big problem and definitely will not deter us from staying here again.

Absolutely loved our time here. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The accommodation is clean and in the most amazing location - my jaw literally dropped. The restaurant - Klyf Club also has some amazing food!

Location was perfect, looking over the bay whilst dining was very special. Having our own private pool was excellent, as the weather was hot & humid.

Water pressure was irregular & more shade over the pool would have been good to avoid sunburn.

Location, friendly staff, very accommodating, lovely private villa.

Pool was very highly chlorinated, which is good in one aspect but very overpowering.

Beautiful location by the lagoon. Great restaurant with a fantastic view of the blue lagoon and nice public pool (big enough to actually swim in) also with a fantastic view, which we took advantage of when we arrived early before check in and waited for our cabin to be ready.Lovely cabin with a nice private outdoor area with its own pool.We experienced a very well-organized hotel with nice staff and a high level of service.

perhaps appear a little worn, as if they are a little behind with maintenance, but no major issue and it is clean

The views from the resort are spectacular, great pool and restaurant overlooking the ocean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the prices reasonable. The staff were pretty awesome, nothing was an effort and they went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The steps into our pool were a bit deep, making it a bit difficult to exit, however having our own pool was a blessing!

The people were absolutely fantastic. Most friendliest and caring we ever met at a resort. Bagus Bajra the manager is fantastic.The venue is stunning and every room has a lovely pool which is great.Very affordable food and drinks.

Cannot really find anything

Location, view, pool villa, service, quality of food at klyf club was amazing. Closeness to Mahana point, anika spa, convenience store.

Exactly as you see in the photos. Remote and beautiful serenity. Only thing you hear is the ocean.

The location. And having a private pool.

This place is in need of an update and look at it's prices to be charged for extra coffee at breakfast is quite unbelievable .

Incredible location and the private rooms were stunning!

The bar and restaurant were a little expensive for Lembongan but is to be expected at a quality resort.

No hand rail going up the stairs going into the Chalet or in the pool very dangerous getting in and out without a ladder or support no side table near the bed .

The worst place I have ever stayed

There was rat and animal faeces all throughout the inside and outside of our rooms as well as the bathroom sink and in our toiletries. A broken piece of timber on the pool cut my leg the pool bed was full of mould and you couldn’t use it. The inside bathroom was Disgustingly dirty. The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful.

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed using Booking.com

There was rat faeces all over our bathroom and outside lounge. A piece of broken wood that should have been fixed cut my leg on the pool. The doors don’t shut properly and would let mosquitoes in constantly. The staff were extremely rude.
